Felt-tip drafting pens and Photoshop CS.
I didn't have my scanner for this one, so I had to take a picture using one of my buddies digital cameras. The photo came out pretty grey, but I tweaked it using the 'curves' option in photoshop (image/adjustment/curves) and then adjusted the brightness/contrast until I had a good black and white lineart to work with.
Then I colored it in Photoshop CS. Yay.
